The Terrace House

The building is designed under high European standards. All windows have double glazing and also have a 30cm higher opening. The house is fully thermal insulated and the floors are sound proofed, swimming floors to protect neighbors from any interruptions. The windows have a shutter roller outside. The terracing has an extra sun roller shadow with automatic wind deducter.

The building also boasts of a Solar system for hot water and a heating system, which is centralized and controlled. It has a luxurious interior. The rooms are nearly 3 meters high and the doors are a luxurious dimension of 2.3 meters height. The sliding doors to the balcony are from the floor to the ceiling.
